The Central Coast Community Care Association Limited is a not for profit organisation providing residential aged care services to people of the Central Coast.

Criteria for Care Service Employees Grade 2 (Personal Care):

  • Level 3 Certificate in Aged Care
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Able to undertake morning, evening and night duty including weekend shifts
  • Recent experience in residential aged care environment
  • Recent experience working with residents with dementia
  • Experience in general cleaning duties and use of cleaning equipment
  • Computer literacy is desirable
    Caring attitude to older persons and understanding of residents rights
  • Australian Federal Police certificate suitable for working in aged care

Criteria for Care Service Employees Grade 1 (Domestic):

  • Recent experience in cook/chill food preparation
  • Knowledge of HACCP and NSW Food Authority guidelines
  • Recent experience in general cleaning duties
  • Recent experience in the use of cleaning equipment and products
  • Caring attitude to older persons and understanding of residents rights
  • Australian Federal Police certificate suitable for working in aged care
